1. Service
RenewWorkPermit is an online work-permit renewal service operated by Achieve Employment LLP (MOM Licence 12C5848). We assist employers in preparing, signing and submitting Migrant Domestic Worker (MDW) work-permit renewal documents to the Ministry of Manpower ("MOM") and in procuring Great Eastern Vintage Maid Insurance.
2. Account & eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and the legal employer of the MDW whose permit is being renewed. You agree to provide true and complete information and keep your account credentials confidential. Only one admin account exists for Achieve Employment LLP staff use.
3. Fees & promo codes
Our flat service fee is S$288. The insurance premium is set by Great Eastern and shown in the wizard. MOM's issuance fee (S$35) is paid on your behalf to MOM. Promo codes, where valid, reduce the renewal service fee only and cannot be combined. The final payable amount shown on the review page is what will be charged.
4. Signatures & declarations
By e-signing the Insurance Proposal, the MOM Renewal Declaration and the Measles Declaration, you confirm the declarations are true and you authorise Achieve Employment LLP to submit them on your behalf. Electronic signatures are binding under the Electronic Transactions Act (Singapore).
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled case-by-case. If MOM rejects the renewal or the MDW's employment is terminated before the permit is renewed, contact us on WhatsApp and our admin team will process the refund after any bond-discharge is issued.
6. Data & privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). See our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the service fee you paid to us for the relevant renewal. We are not liable for MOM decisions or underwriting decisions by Great Eastern.
