Achieve Employment LLP ("we") collects only the personal data needed to renew your helper's work permit and purchase Great Eastern insurance on your behalf: your name, NRIC/FIN, email, WhatsApp number, residential address, your helper's personal particulars, and signed declarations.
Data is stored on Supabase (AWS Singapore region), transmitted encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers. We retain renewal records for five years per MOM requirements.
We share data with the Ministry of Manpower, Great Eastern, Stripe and Zoho Books strictly as needed to deliver the service. We do not sell your data.
You may access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing hello@renewworkpermit.com. Deletion may be restricted while statutory retention obligations apply.
